When am I charged?
Your membership is billed on the 6th of each month unless you skip by the 5th.
How do I skip a month?
Log in to your account and choose to skip this month before the end of the 5th. You won't be charged and no credit is issued for that month.
How long does my credit last?
Credit is valid for 12 months from the date it's issued, so you can save it up for a bigger haul.
Does my 20% discount work with my credit?
Yes. Your 20% member discount applies first, then your credit covers the rest.
How does the birthday set work?
During your birthday month, you'll get a code for one free set of your choice. Make sure your birthday is saved in your account.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your account. Cancel by the 5th to avoid that month's charge.
What happens to my credit if I cancel?
Any unused credit stays in your account until it expires, 12 months from the date it was issued.
